GSU’s Counseling and Wellness Center is providing students and staff with the opportunity to participate in a session of self-care. Feb. 18 at 1pm the CWC is hosting an “interactive workshop that will teach students how to use “I” statements for positive affirmations and self-compassion which can boost self-esteem and self-efficacy.”

The workshop will require participants to have a paper and pen handy and will be held over Zoom. The passcode to enter is “love.”
