On Tuesday, September 4th 2018, The GSU’s women volleyball team took on St. Francis. People gathered together in GSU’s gymnasium to watch this heart-pumping match.

GSU had the opening game in the bag with 28 assists from sitter Milica Maras. Along with 14 digs from right side hitter Ivana Novakovic. The final score for this game is GSU 1: ST. Francis 3 with a line up score of 27-29, 25-20, 25-16, and 25-12. “It was a better effort from us tonight, but we’re still learning to finish games and play games confidently.” Pete Gonzalez, GSU Head Coach reported.

Although, The Jaguars did not win this game on Thursday, September 6, 2018 They will be in Palo Heights, IL going up against Trinity Christian. Come out and help us support our Lady Jaguars! Don’t worry Jaguars you’ve got this!
